We are passionate practitioners
of experiential facilitation
that involves face-to-face interaction
with people in real time.
A deficit of “healthy and direct”
human social interactions
is affecting current generations.
We can’t afford to disconnect
from the importance of
having effective people skills.
…Mission first, people always!

WE SERVE A WIDE SCOPE, WITH PURPOSE
Our training and programs are applicable across levels, in multiple settings.
We provide direct services to K-12 schools, post-secondary institutions, and organizations that continue to teach during out-of-school-time.
Our team facilitates faculty, administration and staff, as well as, students ranging from middle school through post-secondary.
One Day PD Sessions
Highly interactive professional development sessions highlight the seven principles of intentional engagement. These abbreviated workshops move fast and get people out of their seats doing, rather than just listening.
Off-sites occur in late fall and during summer. We bring together designated champions from multiple institutions to enhance the depth of this holistic experience. Prepare to be re-energized and refreshed.
Online Content and Support
Many of our workshops and retreats are supported through the CGL Digital Classroom. We have made in-services, training and short-courses available in a fun and simplified format to keep our methods and processes close at hand, not buried on a shelf. Anyone can benefit.
